The 200th anniversary of the ratification of the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, was celebrated in December 1991. The Libertarian Party hosted a discussion which analyzed what it perceives as government infringements on rights concerning free expression, gun ownership and protection against arbitrary search and seizure.
